Terms & Conditions of Service

These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Walters Macri Studio ("we", "us", "our") to clients ("you", "your"). By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Scheduling

  • Standard operating hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm.

  • Appointments outside these hours may incur additional fees (except scheduled dusk shoots).

  • Travel outside a 20 km radius of Sydney CBD may incur a travel fee.

  • Bookings are confirmed upon written approval or form submission.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Same-day cancellations incur 50% of the booking fee.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, unsafe conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • We will notify clients in advance where possible and offer alternative times.

3. Turnaround Times

  • Photography & floor plans: delivered within 24 hours.

  • Video: delivered within 48 hours (unless otherwise arranged).

  • Expedited delivery may be available for an additional fee.

4. Revisions & Changes

  • All services include one round of client changes.

  • Additional changes may be charged at an hourly or fixed rate.

  • Edits must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

5. Copyright & Usage Rights

  • All content remains the copyright of Walters Macri Studio.

  • Usage rights are granted for the duration of a single property marketing campaign.

  • Extended use (e.g. portfolio, awards, social, advertising) requires a licensing agreement.

  • Unauthorised use, reproduction or distribution may result in legal action.

  • Unpaid invoices for work delivered will result in a breach of copyright.

6. Aerial & Drone Work

  • Subject to weather conditions and CASA flight restrictions.

  • If conditions prevent aerial work, alternatives will be discussed or rescheduled.

7. Client Responsibility

  • Properties must be photo/video-ready at the time of the shoot.

  • Delays or unprepared sites may reduce shoot time or require rescheduling at your cost.

  • Styling and access are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise arranged.

8. Payments

  • All prices quoted are exclusive of GST.

  • Invoices are due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.

  • Late payments may attract a late fee or suspension of further services.

9. Liability

  • We take great care, but accept no liability for any loss, damage, or delay arising from circumstances beyond our control.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring access, safety, and permissions are arranged before the shoot.

10. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
